How to Fight a Cold Naturally.

Are you coming down with a cold? Are your children feeling run down?


During the winter months (and now the post pandemic is setting in) runny noses, headaches and colds are becoming a common thing again. But what is an easy relaxing way to fight back those unwanted germs?

 

HAVE A MINERAL BATH!

  • Add 2 cups of LUXURY BLEND (Epsom Salt, Himalayan Pink Salt, Dead Sea Salt) to a lukewarm bath, to help flush Toxins away and replenish Mineral levels in your body.
