How can I pay for Nuuvee Essentials products?

We offer three ways to order. You can place your order via credit card (we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), through PayPal, or through direct transfer.

 

Do I need to create an account to order?

No, you don’t have to. If you choose not to create an account with Nuuvee Essentials, you can always checkout as a guest.

 

How do I create an account?

You can create an account with Nuuvee Essentials directly through our home page (just click on the “My Account” button at the top and follow the prompts) or, if you choose, you can register at checkout.

 

How do I collect Reward Points?

First, you’ll need to create an account with Nuuvee Essentials. Then, make sure you login to your account each time you visit us and make a purchase. Your points will automatically be added to you account.

 

How do I redeem my Reward Points?

To redeem your Reward Points, all you need to do is:

  • go to our website www.nuuvee.com.au
  • log in to your account
  • select your products
  • go to your Shopping Cart
  • click on "View Cart" (if you click directly on "checkout" you won't be able to redeem your points)
  • click on "apply Reward Points"

How should I store your products?

If your salt comes in a tub be sure to replace the lid as tightly as possible.

If your salt comes in a bag, press all of the air space out of the bag and make sure the bag is tightly resealed.

Always keep your salts in a cool, dry area.

 

Are there any additives in your products?

No, all of our products are 100% raw. No chemicals have been added— not even scents.

 

Are there heavy metals in your products?

No. We test all of our salts for heavy metals. We always make sure we source the best quality products.

Where do I find the Chemical Analysis of your products?

You can find the Certificate Of Analysis of our products by clicking the item description, then clicking on the COA link at the bottom of the page.

 

 How do I know if my order has been dispatched?

Once your order is sent out from our headquarters, we will email you a tracking number so you can know exactly where your package is and how long you can expect to wait before it arrives.

 

I haven’t received my parcel yet?

Our couriers are doing their best to deliver your order promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the size of your order. Here are some delivery guidelines:

·      SYD BRIS MEL CAN: Allow 1-to-3 business days.

·      PERTH  ADEL : Allow 3-to-9 business days.

·      Other NSW QLD VIC: All 3-to-9 business days.

·      Other WA SA TAS: Allow 5-to-11 business days.

If you have any questions please contact the Courier company, quoting your Tracking Number which will have been previously emailed to you by us. You can also contact us any time if you have any question.

 

What if I am not home to accept delivery of my order?

If no-one’s home at the time of delivery, and it is safe to do so, the Courier will leave your order at the door, under cover, out of sight from the street. Otherwise, a card will be left to organize re-delivery.
